The view from our room on 22nd floor was magnificent overlooking downtown skyline.
Finding a parking spot was a challenge to find at times, but the staff was helpful in directing cars to a private area.

Location. The employees were very friendly and helpful.
The room - the bathroom was very small and awkward. The shower was terrible. No constant temperature.

Decent hotel, great location, very frinedly staff. The room was below my expectation. Mainly due to a cramped and awkward bathroom and a shower that had a temperature that would nto stay constant. It kept going ice cold and then boiling hot. The underground parking was a bit of a walking distance from the hotel. ...read more

It was quiet - we were not disturbed in our room.
It was quite impersonal.

This hotel felt a bit more like a travel lodge than a hotel. It was basically clean, but really did not have a great deal of personality. The staff was largely polite, but did not seem overly interested in us as guests. The pool was a nice size, but perhaps in need of some repairs as some of the vents / grates were rusted and did not encourage me to swim for long. ...read more

I like the location and that it was connected to a strip mall, and close to the subway, it was excellent.
I didn't like the first day lifeguard would not let kids jump in pool, or splash, it was crazy they weren't allowed to be kids very disappointing.

The hotel was clean, friendly and the employees were so helpful. They even helped get us hockey tickets.

I hated the hotel.
Bad condition, smelled like crap, service was awful. Ruined my trip.

Never stay in the hotel ever. Gross smell, stains awful service.
